Guidelines for Parents:
- Every Student should carry school diary to school on all working days.
- Parents are requested to check the diary each day regarding home task and other information (if any) given by the school authorities.
- All Communication shall be addressed to the Principal. Whenever you correspond in school about your child kindly quote her/his full name, Grade and Section.
- Parents are requested to attend PTM and discuss the performance of their child.
School Dues:
Fees to be submitted only through Cheque or online payments.
- First Installment 1st to 10th April
- Second Installment 1st to 10th July
- Third Installment 1st to 10th Oct
- Fourth Installment 1st to 10th Jan
School Rules / Discipline:
- Students should always come in Proper, neat and tidy uniform.
- Students are advised not to bring and wear valuable articles to school. Ornaments worn will be confiscated.
- No nail polish, makeup, long nails allowed. Long hair should be plaited.
- Students must report to school on time every day. Students arrived late will be marked Late & after three late marks the child will not be allowed to attend the class.
- Absentees must bring a written application from the parents. Parents are requested to fill in the leave record page in the diary.
- Any child absent for more than a week without prior intimation, his/her name will be struck off.
- Irregularity in attendance, homework, in payment of dues and misbehavior in school may incur disciplinary action.
- Children will be granted only leave in case of illness. Proper medical certificate should be submitted for the same.
- Students cannot leave the school premises, without Principal’s permission.
- Books borrowed from the library should be returned timely. In case of loss/damage penalty will be imposed.
- Mobiles are strictly prohibited within school premises. Disciplinary action will be taken against the student for disobeying this rule.
- Students are expected to speak in English in school premises.
- 80% attendance is required or he/she will not be eligible to appear in Examination.
- For any behavioral issue two written warnings will be given and if continues the child will be terminated for 3 days/7 days.
Parent Teacher Meeting
- Class wise parent teacher meeting are conducted from time to time to provide and enable a detailed and comprehensive discussion between parents and teachers of a particular class.
- It is mandatory for all parents to attend the Parent Teacher Meetings. In case of a genuine reason where the parent cannot attend, written intimation should be provided.
Student’s Diary
School provides the student’s diary to each student in which the yearly plan of all activities along with other relevant information is given in complete detail. It is expected that all students and parents read the diary thoroughly.
School Uniform
- Students should report to the school in proper school uniform on all occasions.
- All students are required to wear school uniform as per specifications.
- No student is allowed to attend school without proper school uniform.
